New FairRoot patch releases

Due to an error when using FairRoot with ROOT6 there are two new patch releases v-15.07b and v-15.11a available.
Detailed information about this patch release can be found at

https://github.com/FairRootGroup/FairRoot/releases

If you are only using ROOT5 it is not necessary to update your FairRoot installation.

At GSI the new version are already installed in /cvmfs.
