New FairSoft patch releases

The location of one of the source archives which is downloaded during the FairSoft installation has changed such that the installation process crashes.
The scripts were corrected to use the new location. The correction was done for the following branches and tags.

Branches: dev, master, jul15_patches, mar15_patches
Tags: mar15p4, jul15p4, nov15p3
