New FairSoft patch releases

The zeromq download location has changed.
This results in a crash of the installation process.

The scripts were corrected to use the new location. The correction was done for the following branches and tags.

Branches: master, jul15_patches, mar15_patches
Tags: mar15p7, jul15p6, nov15p6
